Title In-Line Format \ Color Change

I noticed a lot of info and news videos use inline color and font changes to add a dynamic quality to their videos. I figured out how to do it by creating a duplicate of the text object and changing the color of part of it. But it gives unreliable results. Is there a way to change the title font without creating a new object?

Thank you

Hi,

Open the text object in the Preview Window, select (highlight) the text that you want to change, and change the parameters, colour, size, font, etc. Selecting (highlighting) the text in the dialogue box does not do the same thing.

I have had a problem with this in VPX for some time, highlighting a section of text in a title in the preview window, then changing the colour, results in all the text changing to the new colour. I gave up on this working months ago, although my older version of VPX Pro7 does it fine.
