Title template 0%?

I'm having the same thing happen.Downloading store content doesn't help. Where you are seeing the 0% download just press the center of the icon. Go to the next one and do the same again. Leave the program alone for a while before shutting it down. Relaunch MEP and they should appear.It's getting frustrating. I can't use any 3D titles either with MEP giving me this information / warning box and the program freezes for about two minutes before being able to use again.

I take it this is what you are experiencing?

I have read, observed, and done everything in that post to the point of ad nauseum, even leaving the PC alone and running for over sixteen hours. Still. Even when I think it has everything sorted it reverts back once the PC has been shut down and later booted up again. My machine has a disc keeping routine that once a week cleans what should be temp files and the problems start all over again. Where is MEP putting these files? If in downloads then it possibly gets cleaned regularly.

After showing how my PC was a few hours ago it is now repopulated yet again but I know tomorrow it will all be missing again. This should not happen.

Hi Ray,

That is basically what the message from Magix indicates. However, it's a little worse. Open MEP. Leave it open for a few minutes. Close and restart it and it should populate the Audio tab and the Templates tab with your purchases. If not, wait a while, close and restart. Of course, you have to go through this each time you reboot.

As you've seen, Magix is aware of this (I hope), but it would help if you and @sksoon raised tickets.

I have added this to my Bug list for VPX, so it's not just MEP that has this problem.

I'm wondering if we had the option of where to save plugins,effects,etc whether this could be avoided.

At the end of the day though I suppose most of it doesn't matter as most of the standard MEP additional content is not for rebroadcast so for the majority of users that post to twitter, Facebook, YouTube or any other public viewing site, the additional content is mostly unusable. I've been looking at the prices of the commercial licenses, that for some of the individual effects are not that bad. I just wish the option was shown in the online shop section rather than having to visit the site itself to find them.

For me at least it's more of an annoyance than an impracticality and a relatively new experience of having to think about what I can and can't use. On the plus side it's teaching me to make my own. 😎

I seem to have found a fix that works for me.

Allowing the separate Magix program, 'Update Notifier' to run on startup and pinned to the Windows task bar seems to alleviate the problem. Everything I have is there on first startup of the program.

Scrub my last comment, it worked for a while but things re back to having to open the program and then closing it and then opening it a second time. Sorry.
