I've read all the posts and I've scoured the internet, but I'm still striking out. I purchased Vegas Movie Studio 16 Platinum about 2 years ago and am just now playing with some of the transitions. I don't use this program often but just noticed that the transitions I was playing with had watermarks on them. Now, after a while of searching, I figured out I had to put in the serial number for NewBlue's Transitions 5 Ultimate. In any normal case, that would have been fine, but I have NO idea what happened to the original confirmation email that was sent to me two years ago which had the serial number in it. It's no longer in my main email, spam, or even trash. So I feel I'm out of luck with trying to install these add-ons. I tried seeing if I could contact Magix support team, but that's not an easy thing to find. Any help would be appreciated!
