Transitions are not playing at all in real time or even after I render

Hi,

I purchased Movie Studio Platinum 2022 recently, thinking it would be an upgrade from my Movie Studio Platinum 17. However, this program is totally different. When I apply transitions between two videos, it is not showing the transitions at all. I even tried rendering the video to see if it shows after rendering, but no, its just not showing the transition at all.

This is a basic feature and that itself is not working. Could you please reach out to me immediately and help me resolve this issue. This is not what I expected.

Hi, you need to drag a crossfade then drag & drop the transition on, can you show a Full screen image of Movie studio like this using the arrow at the top of a new comment next to the smiley

Also can you go to your icon at the top, click it - My Profile, & fill in your Signature with your Movie Studio version, Windows version & system specs, full name of CPU, GPU, & amount of RAM etc. this will then show at the bottom of the comments & will help people help you 👍 (see mine & other peoples at the bottom of comments) thanks.
