Travel route animation wizard not working

preacherallen wrote on 10/13/2017, 11:46 AM

The Travel Route Animation wizard shows in both MAGIX PhotoStory on DVD 2013 Deluxe and in Magix Video Pro X (under the EDIT menu). It works in PhotoStory, but will not load correctly in Magix Video Pro X (I get a message that says it can not find www.openstreetmap.org/openlayers/openstreetmap.js) Why is this? I know I can create the map in Photostory and save it and more it to Magix Video Pro X but it takes several steps and would prefer to not have to leave Pro X to do it. Any thoughts on why it works with one and not the other?

Hi

. . . . will not load correctly in Magix Video Pro X (I get a message that says it can not find www.openstreetmap.org/openlayers/openstreetmap.js) . . . .

VPX is trying to access an external website, ie OpenStreetMaps and for some reason cannot connect to the website.

Do the following:

Restart the computer - Windows key, Power, Restart not shutdown. Then try VPX again

Check that VPX is not blocked from connecting to the Internet by your firewall, how you do this depends on whether you are using the Windows firewall or an anti virus suite with firewall.
