Trial Activation

Help Downloaded and installed software, registered it, received Trial activation code. Entered that, got a green tick in the box. Then what? Clicking start trial does nothing, clicking test program does nothing. How to proceed ? I have uninstalled and repeated procedure which has not helped. Windows 10.
