How to get Free Trial Activation Key of Movie Edit Pro Premium 2022?

After installation of the Free Trial of Magix Movie Edit Pro Premium 2022, the application needs an activation key. It says it should be delivered by email, but in email......

Same ***** here. The software won't let you try without a key and the key never comes in the e-mail.

After MAGIX basically telling me "screw you" when my previous product needs to be re-installed I'm not too optimistic about this company / software.

Did you check your email spam folder both on your PC and your email providers server via the webmail interface?

For some reason the emails often end up there, if they are in your email providers server spam folder you will never know unless you check via webmail. You may also have to mark the emails as 'not spam' so they will end up in your inbox or spam folder on your PC if you use an email client such as Outlook etc.

There may be no spam folder on your server but your own email client may well have one!

However, you need to email infoservice@magix.net, giving full details of your order, and request that they send you the code.

1. My POP Client is SeaMonkey and while it may flag e-mails as "junk" it will not move any "junk" out of my inbox until I select "Tools" -> "Delete files marked as 'junk'".

2. As you can see I've deleted none from MAGIX.

3. I've quoted in its entirety "Your product registration at www.magix.com" which contains no code.

4. The refusal by MAGIX to simply supply me with a copy of the program I already own is
Customer_NO_SERVICE at its worst.

Are you installing the trial version of Movie Studio 2023 onto a computer running Windows 7?

If so the program is not compatible with this version of Windows, the minimum requirement is Windows 10.

Did you follow the instructions in the email date 4/10/2020 from Magix to download the Movie Edit Pro MX installer

and use the email address and password used to register Movie Edit Pro MX. If the email address is no longer available this does not matter so long as you have the password used.

Upgraded to Win10 some time ago.

I don't recall exactly what I did in 2020, merely showing I've been
having trouble for years.

Further, When your website asks for an e-mail address, then subsequently sends a "WELCOME"
e-mail, that e-mail should include the trial password.

Welcome to the user to user forums.

As such the Magix home website is not our website. There are only users here including the moderators. There is no direct contact with any Magix staff on these forums. To help us to help you you must include whether you tried to do as asked in the Magix reply email or not as John has asked. You could not have activated your original copy of the program without creating a Magix account. To sort this out you will have to find that account. Would your email account have that original email from when you purchased the program? Even moving to a new computer, if you log into the same email account, unless you deleted the original email it should still be on the server at the providers end.
