Hello and thanks for reading: When I import an mp4 video into Movie Sudio Platinum 13 sometimes it only shows the audio and not both audio and video. Both the successful and unsuccessful vids (About 2:30 min in length) were made on iPhone - then downloaded from iCloud to my new Dell PC using MS Platinum 13 (Windows 11)
