I keep getting the following error. It says
Your serial is only valid for Ignite Color: Cine (Magix Edition)
Which I have downloaded from inside of running Magix but it seems to think I have another version installed.
I looked for the folder and it's here.
It says Magix Version.
Any idea what's going on?
I updated a few weeks back to the latest edition of MEP Premium.
I have tried redownloading the package. Uninstalling the package. Reparing the package.
Any help appreciated.

I don't have that one. The 2 that I have worked ok.
Did you copy/paste the serial number for Ignite Color from the email, or type it in yourself?

Hi John.
It's accepting the code is correct but that it seems to think I have the full version, not the Magix limited content version but as the second screenshot is showing, the folder is showing it's the Magix version.
However, after the third reboot of my system, it now seems to have finally accepted the code upon opening MEP so for now I'll mark it as resolved.
Thanks for your input though John. This was a strange one. I also notice some of the new offered extra plugins have a two-year limited use clause attached to them.
Good to see you got it going. I had some hoo haa with it when I installed it - it installed then appeared in the store download area as ready to download again. When I opened it, it had a weird overlay water mark indicating it was not registered but the FX Home license manager tool told me it was registered so I tried to de register it and in the process it came right! No idea what that was about.
Yup! that's how mine started out. Weird translucent purple octagons overlaid on the clip in use showing I was not registered. I tried the code but it said I was not registered with FX. Went to log in with FX but the site didn't recognise my log in details. I requested a change of password, which after several attempts was successful. Then I got to the trouble as I've laid out above with the register box saying I had the wrong version for the registration code I had. I too have no real idea how it seemed to resolve itself.
Yes, I didn't mention the bit about it not accepting my login details to add to the confusion....
