trouble activating upgraded software

I own Sound Forge 10 and 12 (and many older versions too) and recently upgraded to Sound Forge 14. I then also upgrade my Vegas Pro to 18, and found out it included an upgrade to Sound Forge 14, so I contacted you and said I'd like to return the first upgrade of Sound Forge 14 I bought since I have the upgrade included in Vegas. Now when I enter the correct serial number that came with the Vegas Upgrade, it says it is not valid. So frustrating - just trying to use what I purchased weeks ago and need help. I think something got messed up when I returned the first Sound Forge 14 upgrade. Please help!

This is a users forum @Jake-Johnson no one here is a Magix employee or has access to customer registration info.
You will need to contact the Magix Customer Service (or try emailing them, sales@magix.net) The Magix customer service sales team handles activation issues and such.
