Trouble re downloading MEP Premium

I'm trying to download my copy of Magix Movie edit pro premium 2020 from my Magix.com account to my laptop. When i try, it installs but then asks me to purchase online, i already purchased it on 18/01/2020 and have serial number. For some reason i think it's trying to automatically give me 2021 version, i just want to use my 2020 version that's on my account.

I downloaded the wrong version, version MEP MX from 2012 but have removed it. It asked if i wanted to repair MEP Premium 2020 and i said yes. I have deleted everything and tried starting again but it wont give me the 2020 version from my account now.

I tried downloading the fixit tool but it didnt work, can i not use control panel to remove everything magix first ?

You should always remove everything first and then deregister your product, not de-active your account.

Then try to download the correct product.

Hi

Looking at the Download Manager image the file size of 778.03 MB corresponds to that of MEP 2021, MEP 2020 has a download size of 781 MB.

If you previously upgraded to MEP 2021 then the 2020 download will have been replaced by the 2021 version.

You can check which version you have available for download in your account, click the Show more details, option under your registered product and you should see the version as shown below, if it is 2021 then you need to contact Magix for a direct link to the 2020 version.

Thanks to you both, I've managed to download my 2020 version, deleted what was on laptop and reinstalled. Thanks for the links.
