I've tried several times on 2 different computers with the same result.  One desktop Windows 7 64 bit, AMD Phenom II x 4 945 @ 3.0GHz and also a Windows 7 64bit, Intel I5 @ 3.2 GHz.  I've tried installing directly from the install disc which is brand new no scratches, and also copying the files from the disc and trying to install from a flash/thumb drive.  I'm about to lose my mind!!  If someone could please help I would really appreciate it, and buy you a beer!

Thanks!!

Perhaps the disc itself is corrupted in some way?  It is not unknow for such a thing to happen.  However, I notice you say you copied the contents of the disc to a flash/thumb drive.  Have you tried copying the contents to your computer's hard drive and attempting the install from that copy?  It is not unknown for such a procedure to resolve this problem.  (If you need to regain the space lost by copying the installation files to your hard drive you can always delete them once installation is successful.)

If that does not work I think you may need to go back to whoever you bought the disc from and ask them to replace it.
