Unable to install Music Maker

I am unable to install Music Maker 64-bit on my Acer PC (Windows 10 64-bit). I keep getting the following message "Could not access network location [WIX_DIRECTORY_COMMON_DOCUMENTS] MAGIX\COMMON\"

Any ideas what is wrong?

SP. Thanks. I have worked it out now after your hint.

Next error is saying "Shop Manager Cache Db error: DriverNotAvailable"
