unable to install new soundpools purchased online into Music Maker

Ive just paid for seven new soundpools online and downloaded them to my windows 11 PC, but none of the new soundpool files will install into my Music Maker Premium programme. I'm running version 33.1.1.19. I followed the same process Ive always used and Ive never had this issue before. I have followed all the suggestions in your support page to try to resolve this issue; resetting the programme, running as Administrator, clearing the store and rescanning all the soundpools, but nothing is working! Ive spent a considerable amount of money on these soundpools and cant use them. Can you please advise how this issue can be resolved satisfactorily without me losing any of my files? Failing that, please advise how I can obtain a refund for the new soundpools Ive purchased, but cannot use.

@J-Bradshaw Be aware, this is a user forum and we are just users like you that try to help each other.

To answer your question, Magix Soundpools adhere to a specific file naming scheme and folder structure. If you buy loop packs other than Magix Soundpools they cannot be integrated inside the Loops Manager in Music Maker. You can either simply drag and drop all audio files from other audio loop packs via Windows Explorer into your project or you can load them via the internal file browser inside Music Maker.

Besides that, I recommend a sampler VST to handle audio loops in a much more easy way. For example, I recommend Big Fish Audio Momentum because it has a free version.
