i have magix movie edit pro mx and when i load it in windos 7 pro on an imac with paralleles 7, the main splash screen opens but the gray screen on the left with the options (install program, read manual, etc) remains gray and nothing shows up so i have nothing to click on. Is it beacuse it is on an imac with parallels 7? 

I have 16 gigs of ram on an i5 imac ( late 2011 model) using snow leopard. 

When i put the cd in the external cd drive ( my superdrive does not work) , the content of teh magix cd opens and i click on setup.exe and what opens is something called magix world.
