Unable to save my file, says there is no license to use this software

Sound Forge Audio Studio 13.0 / Using PC Windows 10

I get this message when I tried to save the file; "An error occurred while creating the media file. There is no license to use this software." which is strange because I've been using the software for about six months, and when I go to "about" it says it's licensed to me.

If someone could please help me to resolve this problem, I have a deadline for some recordings I need to submit.

What file format are you trying to save as? Does saving as an alternate file format exhibit the same error message? Is the PC connected to the internet?
