I purchased an unlimited loops subscription but cannot access MusicMaker 2025. I get a window requesting that I enter a serial number, but I never received one. I did receive an email that provided something like a serial number, but it is a series of letters and dashes and is not accepted when I enter it.

I have had MusicMaker for years, enjoying the unlimited loops subscription. Back in June I downloaded the 2026 version and encountered numerous problems. At this point I'm just trying to get back to the way things were. Thank you for any help I can get with this. I have sent numerous emails to customer service over the past several months and they have all been unanswered.
