Unregister and Reregister software

Hi Support Team,

I've purchased a license for Magix Movie Edit Pro 2016 premium.
The serial number is:XXXXX

I've recently upgraded my OS from Windows7 to Windows10 and I'd like to reinstall the software.
However, when I try to activate the software using the above serial I'm getting an error code -24 (the serial number is registered to another email address).
Please release all other activations and allow me to install this version on my new Windows10 PC

Hi and welcome to the user to user public forums.

As such please remove your serial number. We fellow users don't need it and you run the risk of compromising your programs security. You need to log into your Magix account on the Magix website that you created when you purchased and used your program the first time to de-register the product. Then you should be able to re-register the program on your machine.

There are no Magix staff on the forums to do this for you so no support team here. This was your responsibility to keep such data safe as explained in the original terms and conditions and explanatory email with your original purchase.
