Up-grade trial to Vegas Pro 19

I have been using Vegas products for over 20 years. I want to try the Vegas pro 19 - but It will not allow me to register. This is the 1st problem that I've had in 20 years and find it crazy that I have no live support. Is this how things are going to be?

If so, I might as well go to the dark side and get Adobe...

Can anyone help?
