Update won't load

I'm using Window 10 and have successfully installed Magix studio 17 but the recent update won't install. I get a message that the update is not compatible with my system to contact the app's owner for instructions. Help.

I suspect the product you actually have is Vegas Movie Studio.

If so, please read this pinned post and follow the advice given there.

If I have guessed wrongly about the product you have, please post back with full details of its name.
