Updated Magix EDIT PRO Premium, Now It Crashes everytime

VideoPro wrote on 10/6/2019, 12:02 AM

I only have tonight to work on this project, and I really need help from someone if anyone is available?

My skype chat: SMARTCHOICEWEB

I updated the magix movie edit PRO Premium edit software and now it crashes every time I try to open it?

If I leave it open after it crashes, about 10 seconds, then I get another dialogue box saying I need to update the software again, and then it will say the program needs to be closed to update teh software, and then I close the software and nothing happens....

Has anyone encountered this before?

I just removed / uninstalled andre-installed, restarted and that did not fix.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi

That dll is a component of an Intel integrated graphics driver. You may need to update this driver preferably as a clean install of the driver.

You give us no information about your hardware or OS build......? but the latest MEP version has a new video engine that makes more intensive use of the GPU.

@VideoPro

Hi

The crash dump does not tell us the information we need about your computer specification - see this topic for the details required.
