Before updating my program it said that all instruments and loops will be transferred over to the new program but for some reason my world flutes did not transfer over how do I get in contact with anybody so I don't have to repurchase it over again
Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.
Since it seems that other instruments you have did transfer successfully, you clearly put the activation code for any earlier version(s) of MM into the appropriate screen.
The one you are missing may well require a new download because the version you have is not compatible with the version of MM. It should be listed in the Downloads tab. If so, download and install it; you certainly should not need to buy it again.
If it is not listed under Downloads, go to the Store tab and check that it shows as already purchased. If it does not, please post back and we will try and help you further.

I looked and there is nothing in downloads and the program wants me to buy it

I think you need to email infoservice@magix.net to ask why this is happening. They can reinstate your download option, I believe.
