Upgrade and special offer

Hi, I have Samplitude and after a few years whet with MacBook Pro so I cant use it but I kept my other computer and still use it. Magix was my first and only software for a long time and I love them. I wanted to see how much it would come to upgrade while the 58% sale is on and when I upgrade it comes to more expensive than the deal alone, usually, other companies have loyalty offers that apply after the current sale of an item. please get back to me as I would be very interested in upgrading but not at the price shown on my cart. My upgrade show from 599$ to 349$ CAD but the sale is 249$USD that comes around 330$CAD. Can I have a coupon code or something please. I was hoping to pay around 100$CAD. Before the software was not that expensive and since I purchased a few Magix products, I thought I would have a better deal. Thank you very much.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums so not a contact for any Magix staff. As a consequence, no-one who posts here can help you!

You need to contact infoservice@magix.net and ask about what they are willing to offer you as an upgrade price. However, I have to say that if the current deal is for the app to cost 249$US I think you are unlikely to be able to buy it for 100$CAD..

Do you mean Sampitude Pro X or Samplitude Music Studio? The latter is much less expensive.

The upgrade for Samplitude Pro X was about 149USD a couple of years ago before going to 199USD. Magix was offering Suite for the same price as non-Suite. No longer.

Samplitude comes in several flavors, from cheap to expensive there are; Samplitude Music Studio, Samplitude Pro X and Samplitude Pro X Suite. So the upgrade prices are accordingly. https://www.magix.com/int/music/samplitude/
