Upgrade from Magix Music maker 17 to Premium

I have an option under Help-Upgrade/Update and it says I can upgrade to premium for $29.99, but when I click buy now it takes me to magix's website. And I don't see an option to upgrade for $29.99, just the other versions for alot more then what I am willing to pay.

Apparently, upgrading is no longer automated like it used to be. Now, you have to contact "customer service" to request the upgrade.

Unfortunately, MAGIX doesn't seem to have any actual customer or tech "support".
