I receive offers to upgrade to Acid Pro 10 for $99.00. I have Acid Xpress 7.0. Do I qualify for that offer?

I would suggest you contact Magix Sales through the Support link at the top of the page to ask, however, IMHO, for an 11 year old free program it is unlikely that it would qualify, upgrades usually rely on a purchased and relatively recent version of a product.
