Upgrade to 19?

I purchased the Vegas 18 knowing the upgrade to 19 would be part of it. how do i download the upgrade without having to pay for the new version?!

You have posted under Video Pro X that is at version 13. You have Vegas, not the same program; not the same forum. In Vegas, if you go under Help, somewhere there is a link to the correct Vegas forum. This is not it.
