Please someone help! I upgraded to the new version 20.0.1.65 yesterday and since have had so many problems - initially I noticed Scene Recognition was not working (nothing happens when you click Start Search), then Mercalli Image stabilisation not working (when you click Run Analysis the image greys out with the Mecalli logo and goes no further) so I uninstalled everything as per Magix recommendations and re-installed with no improvement. Now I cannot open MP4 files even though I downloaded and installed the codec - I am in the middle of a big project and am very disappointed.
