Upgraded to Vegas Pro 18 incl. SF14 but no SpectraLayersPro code?

I have read elsewhere (here?) that SpectraLayers Pro 7 is included with Vegas Pro 18 - is this true for upgrades too?
I did not receive an SL Pro 7 activation code with my purchase but did get SForge Pro 14 + 'wizardFX' & 'Boris FX' as part of the bundle.

The OP should note that SpectraLayers Pro 7 is a Steinberg product, not MAGIX.
