Was wondering how-if its possible to copy 'Characteristics' of one audio segment to others on the timeline, (including both EQ and Reverb) in order to match them all together? Thank You ...

This is explained in the manual under Help. Search for audio cleaning.
Assuming you've used Audio Cleaning (Alt+A) for the effects, then on that pop-up you will see "Apply to All".
When you click this you'll be asked if you want to do it, then click yes and OK.

Hi,
Like video effects, you can copy from one object and paste on others. Select the object that has the effect(s), use the shortcut - (the minus key), select the effect that you want from the list, then select one or more destination objects and press on Shift+- to paste the effect(s). You will see these shortcuts if you do a right-click and look for Copy effects and Paste effects. You can also save and load effects.
