Using the internal keyboard - 2013 Full version

How do I get music from the internal keyboard into the arranger?

Been using the program for over a month, full version for a couple weeks. Using Windows 7 with over 800 available GB (8 GB RAM). I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the notes played on the internal keyboard to show up in the arranger! The Users Manual PDF is little help, as it does not give actual instructions on how to use the features.

you need to use the realtime midi editor to get the sounds played on the internal keyboard to play or show up as a waveform.
