V. 13 of the program can't connect to internet registration server

I've worked with my IT folks and they can't find a reason why the serial number registration gets a "can't connect to internet" error. Any suggestions?

@Jon-Watts Try to deactivate your firewalls or Windows Defender temporarily and start the program as administrator (right click on the program icon).
