Hi and welcome to the forum.

veg files are for Vegas products eg Vegas Pro, you have posted in the Movie Edit Pro forum.

If you are trying to open the veg files with Movie Edit Pro they are not compatible, the project file formats are different.

If you mean they will not open in a Vegas product then this range of Magix products have their own form here.
