What is going on? I try to find support, or contact some one. My program doesnt work. I spend 70$ for this movie editor. it doesnt work. I could have just gotten a free version of the competitor... Where is the support? Not the "forum" bs. I want to actually talk to some one. This is unacceptable.

You have already been informed in your previous post that this is not the Vegas forum.

Support is via a ticketing system through the Support link at the top of the Vegas forum.

On the contrary, having run a Support desk for many years, a ticketed system is the best way to ensure all users have fair access to Support staff, it also ensures all issues are logged and passed to the the appropriate support personnel for action.
