I purchased the Vegas 17 upgrade with the free FX Titler 7 Express add-on. The Titler 7 download link received in the confirmation e-mail does not work. I went to the FX site to see if I could download it from there. No luck. Just for fun I tried a download of one of their other products from their download page. It worked. So, the download link is broken on the FX site. Please fix and inform when complete. Thanks!
