Vegas Pro 22 - WIX_DIR_COMMON_DOCUMENTS error

I bought the license 24/8, downloaded the software. This error message "cannot access network location [WIX_DIR_COMMON_DOCUMENTS] VEGAS_VEGAS Pro 22.0\." appear after downloader downloaded the files. I have run
the .exe installation file as admin. These are correct in registry database: The entry for Common Documents (C:\myuser\Public\Documents) is existing correct in the registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders. I have tried to just install Vegas and not all the additional packages in Vegas Pro Suite. Same error.

Magix has not returned on my support case. Can anyone in this forum help?

Vegas Version 18 ran fine on my PC. Processor: Intel(R)
Core(TM) i7-7820X CPU @ 3.60GHz (3.60 GHz), RAM: 64,0 GB (63,7 GB usable). Video:

Hi and welcome to the forum - albeit the wrong one.

Vegas products, except for Magix Movie Studio 18 and later versions, have their own forum, link is at the bottom of this page, I would suggest you post your question there

There should also be a link to the correct forum under Help in the program.
