Hi Forum,

I had Vegas Pro 23 start up when I first installed it. Now it won't start. I have tried to clear the cache using the control n shift method but this does not work. I have sent support an email but no response. Any idea what is causing this? I am on Windows Pro 11 with a AMD Ryzen 16 core processor, 96GB fast ram and Nvidia 4080 Super GPU. I have had to rent After Effects for a month to cover a project so ok for now but would like to get it back working again ASAP, thanks :-)
