Vegas pro activation

 have a vegas pro 17 product key that i used a while back. I recently upgraded my computer and wanted to download it again. Apparently i cant get back into my account so i decided to send a reset password. Except that it doesnt send to my email and i dont receive a email to receive my password. My seriel number for my vegas pro is P3Removed by Moderator and i got it on amazon. i made a new account with the same email and used a different password. So im assuming my account never got registered? i dont know whats the issue but i either want my new account to have my vegas pro product key or if i can somehow log in and not have to use a product key or i dont know. Please i need some help in order to use my vegas pro again.

Please remove the product key from your post. You are on the wrong website for Vegas products and both are public forums with no Magix staff present and you are in danger of losing your registration to anyone browsing the forum posts. The Vegas forum website is here.
