VEGAS Pro17 Suite can't sign in

I get an error code -24. The PC I authorized a long time ago is now damaged, so I want to reinstall it. I purchased it through SourceNext in Japan.

I think I registered the product, but only the trial version is showing up in my account. I want to change it to the correct link.

Hi and welcome to the forum - albeit the wrong one.

Vegas products, except for Magix Movie Studio 18 and later versions, have their own forum, link is at the bottom of this page, I would suggest you post your question there.
