This 2022 version is super slow and freezes all the time, export is slow as hell, proxy take days for a 3-minute video, and can't see the video in monitor

It sounds like you have lost the ability to use hardware acceleration. Did you check your computers compatibility on the programs specifications page before deciding to update the program?
Try changing all your graphics settings in the program settings to Microsoft WARP.
Please do that with no project loaded or the program may crash. Then exit the program. Once MEP is opened gain, load a project and see if it works. It may be slower than when you had MEP 2021 but should work.It may even work slightly better but of that I'm not sure.

it also does not recognize video engine in settings

The Intel® HD Graphics 530 is almost the bare minimum to run the 2022 version of the program.
Which nvidia card do you have? If it can't use the nvidia card you may well have to revert to using the CPU only and have no access to any hardware acceleration.
Each successive release of the program pushes up the component requirements needed to gain any performance improvements or else the performance actually goes backwards.
