VERY. VERY Frustrated

richard-taylor wrote on 1/5/2022, 2:25 PM

I know that this is not the forum to answer my question. But I am very frustrated with Magix.

Took out an annual subscription in November 2021. Now told it is run out! I can find nowhere on the Magix site to be in direct contact via email. In "Sales" None of the FAQs relate to the problem

Also Vegas Pro does not appear any more, has the name of the software been changed?

Can anyone suggest how to get in touch with a real person who may be interested to talk to me about my problem, all be it by email?

Suggestions will be gratefully received. thanks Richard

Hi Richard.

The only way to write to Magix directly is to go through the 'SUPPORT' system in the link above this topic. Select your product and keep looking for the large info boxes and avoid using the ones bringing you back to the forum. Eventually you will get to Ask Support box. Type in any random tellers into the box and press enter.

That should open a box where you can write to a person at Magix and officially 'Raise a ticket'.

All Vegas products are shown on the main Magix Website. Just click on the Magix symbol in the top bar of their website main page to see all the options.

Yes I know, they don't help themselves.

Ray.

Thanks for your replies

ericinz. Are you one and the same who used to post on the Movieplus Forum?

Oh how I miss the logic of that softwear.

thank you all for your interest in my problem. I am afraid it was a false alarm, I have resolved it now.

I was not appreciating the correct licence number.

Only comment, Could not Magix with their technology know when a customer moves from monthly sub to annual sub and cause a smooth transition?
