Video Editing on Music Maker 16?

I just upgraded computers, and I was forced to trade my Music Maker 11 on my old computer for the Windows 7 compatible Music Maker 16. I used to do a lot of video editing on MM11, and I can't seem to locate the Video Effects window on MM16. Any tips on finding this, if it exists on this model?

On the bottom of the screen, to the right you will see 4 choices...one of them being Video. Click that and then go to the "templates" tab on the left. There will be a Video FX tab...that should get you what you want.
