UPDATE: We tried opening this project on a new computer running Magix Video PRO 7.
(The same version that the original project was edited in.)
We began receiving multiple errors; such as: "Read Error in File E:// name of project.MVP
Requested: 2004102877
Actual: 6427804

We do not receive these errors on the original computer where we began this project. Only on other computers.

When importing 1080 .m2ts files, everything edits fine. Has worked fine for years.

However; When importing 720 .AVI files, they preview AND render as choppy, glitchy video with occasional black flashes.
Sometimes it even brings a bit of video footage from the end of a video clip and flashes it within the beginning of the video clip, blending up the video clip. Very strange.

Software: Magix Pro X 7

I have updated the video drivers, Microsoft Windows updates, reset Magix Pro X to default, tried the project from a different hard drive and I even installed a test version of Magix X (10) and have the same results.

I have uploaded a system check to Magix support and they see nothing wrong.

This is not an issue of previewing the video with the effects turned off. I have tried that.
The exported video has the exact same glitches as the previews.
It's as though the video gets corrupted as it is being imported into Pro X; as the original video files play just fine in a separate viewer, such as Windows Media Player.
