Hi again,

Thank your for your proposal.

I have now downloaded the program again and downloaded the driver.

However the softwrae still don't find the camera.

Please help, my daughet is getting married coming weekend and I need to get some good videos presented.

Magix Video video converter. I am not able to connect via S-video.

All physicam coonection is done well, however in the software, is not finding the S-Video camera.

Hi

Assuming the computer is running Windows 10, ensure that the Windows settings, Privacy & Security, Camera and Microphone  options Let desktop apps access your camera/microphone are enabled.

If that does not fix the issue, leave the settings turned on and update the Magix video converter driver from here. If you have a converter with K0065 or K0067 marked on it select the Premium driver.

Do you know that the latest version of the program is Windows 10 and 11 compatible only according to the website?

Are you running an earlier version of Windows?

The Magix video converter software was downloaded from the web and entered with serial nr.

Hi

Re reading your posts - are you expecting the program to show you camera make/model in the record dialog input selection ?

If so then this is not how analog data transfer works, the program will show the USB converter and offer you the option to use the Composite or S-Video input for the video if the converter has both types of input the dialog should look something like this
