My program was updated, but 2 applications were downloaded of which I do not have the serial number of any ... since you never gave me a serial number for any of those 2 programs... please ... give me the number series
This is a User forum. You only get the serial number when you renew your update service.
Updates do not apparently include the additional programs, only the way MEP works. To get the programs added you would have to upgrade by buying the new version. I too thought you got the new programs, but no.
Hi Gustavo, did you purchase these 2 programs as part of an MEP bundle? If so, have you looked in the email that Magix sent when you purchased MEP? Your serial numbers should be listed in the email. That's where I found mine!

When you open the download extra content interface, there may be some third party plugins, like the ones that you saw, that do not have a checkmark in the box to download and install. This is because you didn't purchase the upgrade that has these. If you over-ride this and put in a checkmark, they will download and install but you won't be able to use them, unless you have an activation code. So, don't download anything that does not have a checkmark beside it.
