volume pops up at the end of a fade.

I'm using MMM 2013 with Windows 7.  I have only had this problem in one of my songs so far. But a couple different sounds from the soundpool WILL NOT fade properly. The volume goes all the way to nothing...and at the last split second the volume pops up. It doesn't matter how the object is trimmed. The only way around it that I've found is to camoflage it under a louder sound. VERY limiting and not always possible.

Jammeez,

Sorry I don't use Music Maker, but wonder if you could load just a problem soundpool sound, trim a bit off the end, and then save it under a new name for use in your compositions?

Regards,

Carl

Whoa! That's a novel approach. "Destructive" editing of the original file. Hmm

I can try it, but the problem seems to be in how the program itself acts upon the file, not the file itself. As I said, it doesn't matter how I trimmed the file within the song, whatever the final sound of the object was would pop in at the end of the fade. I eliminated the problem in some areas by trimming the object to a quiet moment. But the other file in question is a continuous sound with no rests.
