VPX on Surface Pro 4 - Color Picker does not work properly

browj2 wrote on 3/18/2019, 9:29 AM

VPX 16.0.2.317

Only on my Surface Pro 4, not on my desktop. I selected a colour chart, Effect, Video Effects, Glow, open the Color Picker and select the eyedropper and run it over the various colours. They are shown incorrectly and even change colour simply by moving up and down over the same colour. This is not a problem with Glow; it is with other effects as well that us the Color Picker.

Edit: Here is a video showing this on the SP4 and how it is supposed to work (on my desktop with non-touch screen).

Can others who have touch screens confirm?

Thanks,

John CB

I can confirm that this behaves exactly the same on my SP-2017 i5 8GB version.

Color picker seems to select correct color if I hover over anything outside of the videosource (program bar for example) but if I try to select color from the video I get the same behaviour as can been seen in your video.

I am running same version of VPX.
