VST and plug ins, specifically Anteres Auto Tune

I am trying to figure out why my Music Studio 11 won't allow me to look up plug ins, or Anteres Auto Tune. I am wondering if it is because for some reason everytime it asks me to do the update, it errors out. Any suggestions?

@scott-sockett ACID Music Studio 11? Are you trying to load VST3 or VST2 plugins? Maybe the VST2 version will load and the VST3 version will create problems.
