So the problem i am having is when i go into configure VSTs because im wanting to add a new one when i look in the VSTs folder in acid music studio 10 i see the default folder there and scanned says no but when i go to the folder directory i see no VSTplugins please help.
Why is it so hard to get support on these issues? I'm having the same issues with the addictive keys .dll, despite the fact that the addictive drums .dll works just fine. I can't find answers online, and the company should have responded to your post by now. I've been using Acid Pro for so long, that I don't wanna switch to another DAW, but the support sucks.

I suspect the OP has received no replies because no fellow-user has experienced the problem.
If you have ensured that all the needed .dll files are in the correct folder and the one VSTi is still not showing, I think you need to raise a Support Ticket.

Hola a todos, estoy intentando cargar un plug-in en el Samplitude Music Studio 16 pero aunque el archivo dll está en la carpeta de Steimber/VSTplugins de archivo de programas y en la de MAGIX plugins del programa no aparece entre los plugins del programa. No se si hay que hacer algo mas.
