VST scan should be skippable: Sound Forge 14 (build 65) 64-bit

My VSTs change very infrequently.

The initial scan used to be very short (not noticeable) in Sound Forge 12, but after upgrading to 14 I find it annoyingly long.

since I upgraded to version 14 the Vst scan is not being completed, it blocks. the program does not open. already uninstalled and reinstalled and still without opening the program. And I need to work :(

I had a similar problem. Went to preferences -> VST. There it shows two different paths. Deleted the path in common folder, and retained the path to soundforge folder. Now it works fine.

The VST scan can be disabled.
