WAV Export creates multiple tracks - unwanted

I'm using Samplitude Pro x 8 on Windows 11 .

I'm exporting a single track as a stem. I'm using WAV as my format. Yesterday, the software created 5 copies (all identical) of the stem
Today, it has just created 3 identical stems of a single midi piano track

Why? Is there a setting? Can't see one.

Go to export in menu. Browse for folder destination, name export, select Wav only. Hit export.
